There has been a good bit of controversy about the new TRP paper going into Hobonichi for 2023. I decided to do a simple comparison video. This by no means is super comprehensive, I just sort of touch on a few things. My final conclusion is that the new Sanzen paper is much different but still may not be a deal breaker for some. With all this said, many small businesses are throwing their hats into the ring with planners or notebooks with "TRP" paper. I place that in air quotes because honestly every single planner or notebook I have received has paper that feels and reacts differently in my opinion.
