Pete Sanchez vs.Kokena Maximus_ All Star 04/90

Pete's final match at AWA as he goes up against Kokena Maximus. After a show of strength from Kokena, Pete gains the upper hand with some few arm drags but then falls for the Samoan's chops and headbutt. Pete then retaliates with a kick to the gut and some punches but gets raked in the eyes. Then as he gets whipped to the ropes Kokena ducks his head and Pete pulls down the Samoan's head onto the matte floor. Sensing a second wind Pete falls for a clotheline from Kokena who brushes off the Sledge' counter attack. Kokena gives Pete the finishing move with a back splash. Not satisfied with his victory the samoan gives the Sledge a body splash while the sheik distracts the referee. The ref manages to see the move and quickly disqualifies Kokena and gives the win to Sanchez! Kokena will then go over to WWF as the infamous Yokozuna while Sanchez divide his time at NWA & WWF too.
