(classes subject to change) Music written, recorded, produced by Aaron Prim Ingredients: 1 quart whole milk 1 pound dry pasta noodles 1 stick or 1/2 cup of butter 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese 1/2 cup flour 1/2 tbsp salt 2 tsp nutmeg Directions: Fill a large pot with water, boil, and cook noodles until "al dente" - firm but not hard, about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside. Take a heavy bottom pot and heat up on medium heat. Melt the stick of butter then whisk in the flour, making sure not to burn. Slowly add in the milk while whisking until sauce gets thick. Then add in the nutmeg and mix well. Add the cheeses and mix well until melted. Sprinkle in the salt to taste. Keep it on the salty side as you will be adding in bland noodles and the flavor will be distributed. Finally, add in the noodles and mix thoroughly until cheese sauce covers every nook and cranny.
