Tip: If you made the probe I made, and want to probe on a surface like Fleks3D (witch you can't probe with a heated nozzle to not melt the plate), You can use this G-code to probe before heating the nozzle in your start script (and don't forget to clean the nozzle tip before auto-leveling) : G28 ; home all axes G29 ; perform autoleveling routine M104 S[extruder0_temperature] T0 ; set extruder temperature M109 S[extruder0_temperature] T0 ; stabilize extruder temperature 3D view of the concept: http://a360.co/2nAWZdI Picture with the first layer of 0.1mm and repeatability test and the super sensor: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7W... The accuracy with the repeatability test came out as 0.003mm, It's better than any commercial sensor.. And the good news for you is that it's FREE! And it works with any printer and any bed surface!
