Subject: Documents in Sealed Envelope For ECA Dear Sir/Ma’am, As referred to the subject cited above, I need attested photocopies of Degree and Transcript in the sealed envelope, for the purpose of Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from WES/CES/IQAS/ICAS for Canada Immigration.
