After our slow morning, we drove to IKEA! 🛋️ I love looking at their displays... Japanese IKEA showrooms are designed for compact living, which is always interesting to see. We soaked up the Christmas atmosphere and picked up a few things. Then, back home for my Night Routine. I'm cooking a simple, healthy Japanese dinner using fresh Sashimi, Gobo (burdock root), and seasonal vegetables. 🥢 We also chatted about our plans for an autumn Onsen trip.
