We flew from Lima Peru off the ship to Cusco to see Machu Picchu...well... kind of. The day before we were to leave from Lima, a protest broke out blocking access to the World Wonder site leaving Machu Picchu closed! We were able to create a Cusco Adventure instead and loved it. The people, the culture, the history, the city and the food was enough to fill our Machu Picchu void.
