We're camping in style with my inflatable air tent—it feels like pure luxury with plenty of space and comfort. Once the tent is set up, I get the wood stove fired up for a mouthwatering lunch of salt & pepper prawns with zesty lime mayonnaise—simple, fresh, and bursting with flavor. On this trip I’m also testing out the ultra-compact Camplux Nano 3 Pro portable water heater, which is lightweight, easy to set up, and perfect for camp showers and cleaning up. As the day winds down, I enjoy a quiet moment with a campfire rum before baking a hearty meat pie in the camp oven. Bear gets her dinner of chicken giblets and biscuits, while I savor every bite of mine. The evening ends by the wood stove under the night sky, before waking up to a cozy morning coffee and a Gordon Ramsay–inspired scrambled egg breakfast on Turkish bread.
