In this video I replace the corroded and leaking fuel tank on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 3.0 CRD WK/WH. I swap over the diesel lift pump/fuel tank sender unit, plastic feed and return pipes and rust proof the replacement tank using cavity wax. I also clean up the cradle which had gathered a lot of mud and debris and coat the relevant area with wax too. I crimp a new spade terminal to the earth wire and protect using heat shrink.
