✨ Feeling extra stressed and anxious? On top of that, we are usually watching the big screen while looking down at the little screen in our hands. haha 😅 This quick one hour sound bath is designed to help you drop in and just focus in on the sounds of the rain stick in the crystal bowls to help distract your mind from all of the stress and anxiety you deal with in your daily life. When we can create pockets of what I like to call, "forced relaxation," this gives our body a chance to come out of that sympathetic, fight or flight, and into our parasympathetic, rest and digest, giving our body a perfect environment to start self healing and lower those chronically high cortisol levels.
