This Central Asian and former Soviet state, is one of the Least Visited Countries in the World & one of the most isolated nations on the planet. We have been obsessed with travelling to Turkmenistan for years, in order to discover more about this hermit state. And despite it being one of the most difficult countries to access on Earth, we have been desperate to find a way to visit for an awfully long time. So, when we found out about a certain tour company offering a way in, and an unprecedented amount of freedom within one of the World's most controlled societies, we knew we had to travel there.
