The SCR10 equipment is used in FAKRA coaxial RTK 031 cables projects to flip cable metal braid 180° over the previously applied support sleeve and strip the aluminium film. This product is a manual and/or automatic bench tool. The manual version is full independent and managed by the operator, otherwise with the second configuration the tool works combined with an external machine which carries the cable at the cycle starting point. During this configuration the cycle can be managed by the cable position sensor or electronically by the PLC of the external machine. By means of dedicated selectors is possible to: define spin direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) at spinning stripper cycle start avoid spinning stripper from processing cables without aluminium film A replacement of the transformation kit for the metal braid flipping group is needed to change cable section.
