GamersNexus was hit with a Copyright Strike over a month ago by Bloomberg LP, which we successfully fought to get our AI GPU Black Market video reinstated. Now, GamersNexus has been hit with a Copyright Claim (by Epidemic Sound) for playing a seemingly unrelated product announcement video by ASUS that included an audio track from Epidemic Sound. We used this for newsworthy reporting and things which are generally described as "doing our job," all of which are covered under fair use. Epidemic has since responded to our attorneys and has recommitted to its Copyright Claim in its response to us. We intended to escalate until it is removed. Again.
