This quick, 15-minute morning yoga flow is perfect if you're short on time but still want to start your morning by connecting to your breath, body and mind and setting an intention for your day. This practice is best for level 1-2: experienced beginners and intermediate practitioners who are already familiar with vinyasa/flow style and Surya Namaskar (Sun Salute) A & B. No props are required, although you might find one yoga block handy.
