Hey everyone, welcome back! Week 22 is here — seven days packed into this 16‑minute update. The weather kept me on my toes again with a challenging week. More heavy wind and later in the week rain, and plenty of waiting for those tiny windows where I could get the drone up before the next shower rolled through. It’s crazy — raining on-site, not raining just two kilometres away. On the ground, progress slowed a bit. For most of the week we had only one dozer and one excavator running instead of all four. The second dozer came back online later in the week, but the other excavator is still parked up with what looks like mechanical issues. The combination of 24/7 heavy workload and rough weather looks like it is taking a toll on the gear. The smaller dredge, (Warraber), officially wrapped up its job this week, and the crew has already started removing pipes. Meanwhile, the larger dredge is powering ahead, carving out the offshoot from the bar toward Bulcock Beach. As they push north toward the bar entrance, the big question now is direction. See 14:04 - Are they heading straight toward the dredge’s current position, or will they curve the wall to follow the coastline and eventually link up towards northern Bribie Island? Interesting times ahead. See you next week — God bless. / droner.au CHAPTERS ----- 00:00 Where are we 0:27 Before work began 1:24 Sunday 2:43 Monday 5:55 Tuesday 8:03 Wednesday 11:06 Thursday 12:51 Friday 14:40 Saturday ---------------- MY GOAL --------------- Please note: These videos are FREELY created solely for educational purposes, offering viewers a unique perspective from above that is quite different from the typical ground-level view.
