STEP BY STEP: 00:00 Intro 1. 00:05 Remove the wheel. 2. 00:15 Recommended: Spread the brake pads with the pad spreader. 3. 00:25 Remove the brake pads. 4. 00:32 Recommended: Clean the caliper with brake cleaner before you start. 5. 00:38 Spread the pistons with a PLASTIC tyre lever. Do not use metal tyre levers! 6. 00:49 Insert the bleed block. Secure the bleed block. 7. 01:04 Set the brake lever in a horizontal position and tighten. 8. 01:09 Fill the caliper end syringe with 15-20 ml of GOLD brake oil. Carefully push out the air bubbles. 9. 01:34 Remove the caliper bleed port screw. Attach the caliper end syringe. Do not overtighten. 10. 01:49 Remove the lever bleed port screw. Attach the lever end syringe. 11. 02:00 Inject GOLD hydraulic oil until the caliper end syringe is almost empty. 12. 02:12 Now pull the plunger of the caliper end syringe. Then push the oil back up. Repeat pull and push one more time. 13. 02:40 Close the lever end syringe with the plug (approx. 5 full rotations clockwise). 14. 02:47 Remove the lever end syringe with the plug in the CLOSED position. Attach the lever bleed port screw. Wipe off the excess oil. 15. 03:01 Put the syringe into a medium neck glass or plastic bottle.
