mate you have just found your new family favorite. this rocky road slice is so moreish and really easy to make. makes 15 huge slices. recipe written below. lamington tin aprox 19cm x 29cm with baking paper saucepan 125g butter chopped 1 and 1/2 table sp cocoa powder 1/2 cup caster sugar large bowl 250g sweet biscuits crushed 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup desicated coconut mix whisk 1 egg in seperate bowl now melt down butter mix add to biscuit mix with the whisked egg mix well til no dry ingredients put in tin level out press down with fingers then back of spoon fridge 30 mins large bowl 280g marshmellows chopped in half and pressed into 1/2 cup flaked almonds chop 150g glaced cherries into seperate bowl melt down 200g of any chocolate pour over marshmellows and almonds. mix well pour on top of base and spread out sprinkle chopped cherries on top melt down another 200g chocolate and drizzle all over top fridge at least 1 hour cut into slices store in air tight container for atleast a week makes 5 bars or 15 large slices
