moreish. easy and fun to make with the kids. great for parties. recipe written below. approx 19 x 29cm lamington tin lined with baking paper 150g unsalted butter chopped in a med saucepan 375 to 400g of dark cooking chocolate 395 to 400g can sweetened condensed milk i only used the light because that is all they had set aside in a bowl 1/4 cup mini marshmallows 1/4 cup chopped red snake lollies 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts 1/2 cup shredded coconut mix set aside 1/2 cup smarties to put on top later put saucepan on low melt everything down stirring once smooth turn up to med. stir the whole time when it starts to bubble keep stirring for 3 minutes at the most. if comes away from side of pan first take off heat. allow to cool for 5 mins. pour into tin sprinkle smarties over the top leave out for 20 mins then put in fridge with a tea towel under it. leave minimum 4 hours...best result is overnight store in fridge in container or plate with glad wrap. baking paper on surface and in between layers so they dont stick to plate or each other lasts at least a week thanks for watching lovely like and subscribe 😁
