The Beaver Lake/Herring Cove Trail is a relatively easy trail that takes you through rain forest, over bridges and past waster falls before looping around beaver lake. It also is one of two approaches I'm aware of to access Bear Mountain. This unmaintained route up Bear Mountain from Beaver lake is difficult enough if you stay on track, but if you trail off... well... just watch. Yes, there are hidden instructions in this video!
