Anchor Lås 800-3 Disk Detainer Padlock Picked & Gutted

In this video, I pick and gut an Anchor Lås 800-3 disk detainer padlock with 11 disks (9 of which are variable and make up the actual bitting). Unlike conventional disk detainer locks, the Anchor Lås has a special rectangular key profile with only one flattened edge. Accordingly, the key is only cut on one side and is not reversible. Otherwise, the mechanism is not unusual, and the lock can be tensioned from the front. The RWB Custom Picks tool is very well suited for picking, but I made a special tip that replicates the key profile of the Anchor Lås from an ejector pin. Compared to other disk detainer locks, the Anchor Lock proved to be quite easy to open, which was somewhat disappointing given the padlock's solid construction.
