W. Jefferson Avenue Railroad Crossing #3 Update, Riverview, MI. - Brand New Crossing Almost Done?

So after I was done catching and chasing UP 1111 leading CSX I131, I decided to head further south so I could see what's up with the new railroad crossing that's been installed here at W. Jefferson avenue in Riverview over the summer right by Jones Chemicals, since I've also been recently told that there has been changes made to it ever since I was last here. And sure enough, I drove over and saw that the lights have been turned the correct direction, as well as mast lights and a relay case has been added. Still no DOT tags though, and the rails are still closed from access through here, so the crossing isn't 100% done yet, but it's getting closer to completion, though.
