Welcome in, everyone! This is a gentle, personal energy healing for anyone who feels like they’re carrying too much. In this video, I speak directly to you — to the stress, pressure, and emotional weight you may have been holding in your body and nervous system. Together, we create space for that energy to soften and move. I call upon the Divine to help transmute heavy, stagnant energy — allowing what no longer serves you to part and release, much like the Red Sea opening to free what had been held in place for too long. TIMESTAMPS: Introduction to Energy Healing Session (0:05-0:10): The video begins by introducing the concept of a relaxing energy healing session aimed at releasing stress. Creating a Safe Space (2:08-3:04): You are guided to place your hands on your body to feel safe and held, emphasizing that there's nothing that you need to do or be in this space. Invoking Divine Assistance (3:42-3:52): Explaining my role as the "middleman" to help the Divine take away energy that doesn't serve you. Helping that connection. The Power of Longer Exhales (6:28-6:45): A key technique is introduced: taking longer exhales than inhales to truly relax the nervous system, with a note that there's science behind this. Methods for Releasing Energy (7:21-7:39): Practical tips are offered for releasing heavy energy, such as writing down thoughts and tearing them up. Energy Transformation Metaphor (8:04-9:04): The metaphor of stagnant energy becoming "clay" for the Divine to transform into something happy and beautiful, like a farm of cows. Parting of the Red Sea Metaphor (10:53-11:56): This powerful metaphor is used to describe the liberation felt when releasing energy that keeps one feeling trapped, similar to the freedom experienced in the Exodus story. Reminder of Unconditional Love (13:21-14:20): Omnipresent energy of unconditional love that is always available and has never left your side. You Are Lovable Affirmation (16:10-16:48): A strong reminder that you are lovable and worthy, even if it doesn't always feel that way. Releasing Gunk from Throat and Heart (17:37-18:24): Specific energy clearing for the throat (feeling small, unable to speak truth) and heart chakra (pain), asking the divine to transform it into something better. There is no need to perform, fix, or figure anything out here. This is simply a space to be with yourself, supported and held. At the end, I’ll also be sharing studies that show how longer exhales help regulate the nervous system and reduce stress. Come as you are. Let yourself receive. Peer-Reviewed Studies on Longer Exhales & Nervous System Effects 1. Prolonged Expiratory Breathing Increases Parasympathetic Activity Title: The relaxation effect of prolonged expiratory breathing — PubMed / Free PMC article • What it shows: Compared to rapid breathing, breathing with a longer exhale (e.g., 6-sec exhale vs. 4-sec inhale) significantly increased high-frequency HRV — a marker of parasympathetic nervous system activation. • 📄 Link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30046... 2. Systematic Review: Slow Breathing and Autonomic/CNS Effects Title: How Breath-Control Can Change Your Life: A Systematic Review… — PubMed • Findings: Slow breathing techniques (less than 10 breaths/min) increase HRV and respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA), indicating stronger parasympathetic dominance. They also correlate with EEG changes linked to relaxation and improved emotional well-being. •Link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30245... 3. Scoping Review: Slow Breathing and Heart Rate Variability Title: Breathe better, live better: the science of slow breathing and heart rate variability — PubMed • What it shows: Breathing interventions that slow breath and emphasize longer exhales improve HRV, baroreflex sensitivity, and autonomic balance, promoting relaxation and cardiovascular stability. •Link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40252... 4. Deep & Slow Breathing Increases Parasympathetic Output & Reduces Anxiety Title: Benefits from one session of deep and slow breathing on vagal tone… — Scientific Reports (Nature) •Outcome: A 5-minute session of slow, deep breathing with a longer exhale increased high-frequency HRV and reduced self-reported anxiety across ages. •Link: https://www.nature.com/articles/s4159... energy healing, nervous system regulation, stress relief, emotional release, spiritual healing, guided breathing, longer exhales, grounding meditation, divine healing, emotional clarity 🤍 Xo Expansion Goddess linktr.ee/expansiongoddess
