DrugConfirm Advanced is also available with a flat panel to make photocopying results easy. How to Use Urine Drug Test Cups: Step #1: Unscrew the lid and have the donor collect a urine sample. Please note the fill indicator line between 30ml and 100ml to ensure appropriate level of urine specimen collection. Step #2: Once the specimen has been collected, fasten the lid securely and return the cup back to the collection official. Step #3: Wait for five minutes then peel back the cup label to interpret results. Please be sure to read the results within five to ten minutes. Do not read after ten minutes as the results will be invalid. Negative test results will show two lines - one in the control region and one in the test region. Please note, even a very faint line in the test region indicates a negative result. Presumptive positive results will show a single line in the control region. If a test fails to show any line in the control region, this is indicative of an invalid test and a new test should be used.
