Heat the sugar until it melts and turns into caramel. 2. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well. 3. Pour the caramel mixture around the baking bowl or mold. 4. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence. 5. Pour this mixture into the caramel-coated mold. 6. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, vegetable oil, sugar and cocoa powder. 7. Add wheat flour and baking powder and mix well. 8. Pour this chocolate batter into the same mold over the custard mixture. 9. Place the mold inside a larger bowl containing hot water and a little vinegar (water bath). 10. Cover the mold with foil or baking paper. 11.
