Naya Busty , a pridominantly sherpa inhabited village , hence once was known as Sherpa Busty, is just a couple of kilometers away from proper Sonada. Amidst dense pine forest , Naya Busty can be a solace for a fatigued soul for few days. Tiger hill , Chatakpur can be reached either by car or by trekking through the forest from Naya Busty. Within few kilometers from Naya Busty situated several lush green tea gardens, Salamander lake, water falls and famous Sonada Monastery. Or you can just chill at Naya Busty for few days. Though it is still an offbeat place but there are several Homestays at Naya Busty. We stayed at Kunga Delek Homestay, Cost per day per head Rs. 1200/- including all meals.
