So, in today's video I go for something a little different and I do a Full Day of Eating Like Greg Doucette. Greg is a bodybuilder/powerlifter/Youtuber/coach and he is very well known for the low calorie, high protein recipes that he cooks up in his "anabolic kitchen". So, I do a review & put my own little spin on his recipes and hopefully you get some good ideas from watching. And these recipes include a savoury spin on his famous anabolic French toast. I make one of the most volumous salads that you will ever lay your eyes on. I make a low calorie, high protein pizza and of course, I give his anabolic ice cream a go to! And each of these meals are great if your main goal is fat loss and you are on a low calorie diet as a result. And that is because there is a very nice combination of high protein foods, high volume foods, and foods that are high in fibre and each of these factors can make a low calorie, fat loss diet much easier to stick to!
