So, I start by having some low-calorie Mexican huevos rancheros for breakfast, which comes to just 354 calories (12g carbs, 13g fat, and 40g protein). I go for some delicious and spicy high protein tacos for lunch with 418 calories, 22g carbs, 16g fat, and 44g protein. I have some healthy chicken and prawn fajitas for dinner that come to 410 calories with 40g carbs, 8g fat, and 44g protein. And I wrap up the day within true Mexican style with some churros and a whey protein dipping sauce. This meal has 384 calories, 38g carbs, 13g fat, and 27g protein. So, these low-calorie high protein meals are perfect for anyone with a weight loss and muscle-building goal and even if your goal isn't 1600 calories per day, you can still take a lot from this video.
