NCGG webinar series on Good Governance: Policies and Practices in collaboration with IIM Indore held on 25th July 2025. Session 1: “Complex Problems and Policymaking” by Prof. Harshal Lowalekar, Professor, IIM Indore explored real-world challenges like Delhi’s pollution and highlighted different approaches to policy design for such complex issues. Session 2: ‘‘The Struggles of Digitisation” by Prof. Kamal Sharma, Faculty Member and Chairperson- Strategic Management, IIM Indore discussed policymaking in the digital era, focusing on socio-organizational tensions, stakeholder alignment, and the triad of people, technology, and organizations.
