The cupcake according to this recipe turns out to be lush, with bright orange flecks of carrots, which makes the pie attractive and very appetizing!!! Walnuts add their own unique flavor, and an orange refreshes it perfectly. Well, cinnamon gives a warm spicy note) CARROT CAKE recipe: Carrots- 200g. Zest of 1 orange Eggs- 3pcs. Sugar- 150g. Salt- a pinch Vegetable oil- 80g. Flour- 180g. Baking powder- 10g. Cinnamon- 0.5tsp. Nutmeg- a pinch (optional) Walnuts- 100g. For the cream: Cream cheese- 200g. Powdered sugar- 50g. 1. Eggs combine with sugar and salt. Beat until the mass is whitened. Pour in vegetable oil and mix again. 2. Carrots grate on a fine grater. Peel one orange. Add to the main mass and mix everything. 3. Combine the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sift into the main mass in parts, mixing well each time. 4. Finely chop the walnuts with a knife. Set aside some of the nuts for decorating the top of the cake. 5. Add the nuts to the dough and mix everything until smooth. 6. Cover the pan with baking paper and pour out the dough. Bake at 356~°F 40-45 minutes. 7. Remove the cupcake from the oven and cool completely. 8. For the cream, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
