Most of us say we want change. We want: • circumstances to improve • stress to ease • faith to feel alive again Most people don’t fear change itself — they fear what change will cost them. We often say: “I want things to change… just not that much.” Change can feel threatening: • routines get disrupted • comfort zones disappear • familiar landmarks vanish But if we’re honest, we want controlled change. • Change that fits our timeline. • Change that doesn’t disturb too much.
