Today's recipe is for Salisbury Steak Meatballs, and I got the idea from Natasha's Kitchen. I'm using frozen meatballs along with freeze dried veggies and a mixture of sauce powders for the ultimate easy crockpot Salisbury Steak dinner. The sauce (or gravy) is rich, dark, beefy, and glossy and comes from a recipe I have in my 2nd cookbook -- it's my favorite part of the dish! The meatballs are added frozen, and it can simmer all day long on low. Whenever you're ready for dinner, it'll be ready for you! I served this delicious meal over rice (I used ready-made instant rice), but you could serve it over mashed potatoes, pasta, or cauli-rice.
