Welcome to the AW Services YouTube channel In this video, I share a tip on how to keep your brush tubing from coming out of your John Guest style push fittings. When you purchase a quality water fed pole from new, you normally find that the brush head T fitting for the tubing to your jets has small red horseshoe style retaining clips. these clips are great until they fly out and are never to be seen again whilst using your pole at height, and your pure water is squirting out and then you need to lower you'd pole and resolve the issue. I gave up on purchasing new replacement, retaining clips, and as this video shows, a cheap and easy hack style fix using commonly found coated wire ties often found on new cables like kettles and toasters etc. You can also buy a spool of this wire from most bargain shops that have a seasonal gardening section or garden centres, B&Q or Homebase. all you need to do is cut a 3 inch piece of wire and thread it behind the push fitting shoulder and twist, which will hold your tubing securely.
