Slower, longer-held postures help soothe the nervous system and support the fascial network of the body, creating a deep sense of release and relief. 🌿 In this restful 10-minute practice, we explore: ✨ Waterfall Pose to encourage circulation and ease leg fatigue ✨ Happy Baby to release the hips and lower back ✨ Breath-led movements to nurture your body and quiet your mind ✨ Longer-held poses to downshift the nervous system and soften deep tension ✨ Gentle twists to unwind the spine after a day of sitting ✨ Butterfly Pose to open the hips and calm the inner body ✨ Knees-to-chest to massage the back and settle your energy ✨ Bridge Pose & chest openers to refresh your breath and release your upper body This sequence is a beautiful way to unwind, reduce headaches and neck tension, and prepare your body for deep, restorative sleep.
