In this video, I am using an example to show you how our kidney works. I explain Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), a condition that silently damages the kidneys by scarring tiny filtration units called glomeruli. FSGS has no known cause and can result in symptoms such as fatigue, swelling, and nausea. Early detection and treatment are crucial, as there is no cure for FSGS.
