This Sunday routine includes everything from working out, eating great food, gaming with friends, and catching up on some reading. I start the day early at 7:10 AM, getting ready with my usual morning routine—brushing my teeth, washing my face, and making my bed. Breakfast is simple but delicious: a fried egg (over easy) with Dave’s Bread 21 Whole Grains and Seeds topped with Kirkland Ghee butter—because dipping toast in a runny egg is a must! Gym & Fitness Routine After catching up on emails and doing a bit of work, I head to the gym for chest day. This gym only has one bench and one squat rack, so I was lucky to get my workout done. Staying active is an important part of my routine and keeps me feeling great. Lunch & Afternoon Plans Post-gym, I grab lunch from Board and Brew—a Chicken Club sandwich for $11.95, which hit the spot after a solid workout. Then, I set aside some time to read "YouTube Secrets" by Sean Cannell hoping to learn more about growing my channel. Gaming & Dinner After a quick afternoon break, my friends invite me to play Fortnite. I just started playing and, let’s just say, I have a lot to learn, but it’s a fun way to unwind and hang out. For dinner, it’s an In-N-Out run! I get my cheeseburger with grilled onions, chopped raw onions, extra toasted buns, and cut in half—a favorite way to order it! After that, I call it a night and wrap up my Sunday. This was my typical weekend routine in Southern California—balancing work, fitness, food, and fun.
