Making food from scratch doesnr have to be hard or complicated!! and if anything... it should feel rewarding. If you know me in person, yiu probably know I dont always cook following recipes... I cook from the heart and knowing how much of wjat ingredients work together and will taste good together. Your basic egg noodle... is litterally just Eggs and flour. Maybe a punch of salt if you wish... You need enouph eggs to match your flour til it forms a ball. Of you want exceptionally butter soft pasta, useing 00Flour will change your life! But useing all purpose white flour is also great! knead your dough, til you can gently poke a hole in it, and throw dough print will spring back uo at you. Then you know your pasta has formed gluten, and is ready for the rolling! Then you can decide whether you want to cook it right away, or dry it, or freeze it! When boiling your pasta, make sure to use lots of salt in your water... and only cook the pasta for 30seconds-1minute. When it is done cooking, the noodles will float to the top! They really dont take long to cook at all, like the store bought noodles do!
