Making Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen with Instant Pot - When all those dine-in are closed, and you have cravings. Why not make your own Tonkotsu Ramen at home? I won't lie, but there is a lot of time and effort put into this bowl, but was it worth it? Totally! I think homemade stuff is underrated. In this video, I outlined the basic components of what makes a good Tonkotsu Ramen. I have been cooking for the last couple of years, and the very first Ramen bowl that I have ever made was when I was a high school student in Japan. It was my obsession with eating Ramen that made me keep making and refining my techniques. Two key components I opted out of are using the actual Ramen noodles and the Ramen Eggs. I found out that I'm food sensitive to gluten and dairy so I avoid using them in this video. One critical feedback for improvement is to make a stronger Tare for my depth of flavor in the broth.
