This is a red wine made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from one of the most northern parts of the Burgundy region in France. Strong aromas of cherry on the nose. On the palate are flavors of bright red cherry as well as licorice and a lot of acidity. The strong acidity leaves the palate salivating, just waiting for another sip. Cheers!
