Join Polly for today’s Brain & Body exercise class, focused on supporting coordination and range of motion as you move at home with Parkinson’s. Throughout the workout, you’ll practice purposeful movement patterns designed to help reinforce body awareness, mobility, and controlled movement. The class begins with a thermal warm-up to help prepare your body for movement. You’ll then work through a 10/20/30 exercise pattern, followed by coordination and range-of-motion sequences that alternate between leading with your right side and your left side. Later in the class, light weights are incorporated to support strength and upper-body engagement before finishing with a gentle cool down. As you move through the class, notice how the exercises support coordination, posture, and mobility, while encouraging controlled and intentional movement. All exercises can be modified, and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.
