Welcome to the kickoff of LIT Labs—a bold, new learning experience led by Megan Torrance and the TorranceLearning team! This recorded session marks the official launch of LIT Labs, a new hands-on learning experience from the team at TorranceLearning. Building on the legacy of the xAPI Learning Cohort, LIT Labs invites professionals working at the intersection of learning and technology to explore emerging tools, test new ideas, and collaborate in a community of curious practitioners. Hosted by Megan Torrance, this kickoff introduces the core structure, tools, and mindset behind LIT—designed to foster innovation through scrappy, short-term, team-based experimentation.
