It can cause mild headaches if enjoyed in too high a concentration. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: 50g woodruff 600ml white wine 150g sugar 2 tsp. agar agar Preparation: 1. Dry the woodruff so that the stems are withered. 2. Put the herb in a carafe and pour water or white wine over it. 3. After a few hours, pour off the liquid and put it into a pot. 4. Mix sugar and agar agar and stir both in the cold liquid. 5. Then bring everything to a boil and boil for about 4 minutes. 6. Allow the liquid to cool briefly and pour into molds.
