its known as the Viking Festival at Slane Castle or "the Boyne Valley Viking Experience" and i have documented for two years. some viking folk music and Footage from the Viking festival that is on at Slane castle next month. A re-enactment meet up that is open to the public This video is to highlight a cause close to my heart. A viking festival run by some people i know. And I'll be honest , most of the people i only know from working with them. This festival brings lots of joy to kids and the people who run it. The Event Runs on the 17th of May 2025 and tickets are very reasonably priced for what you get. Even to be in the grounds of this great castle is worth the entry fee alone. There is a tented village, skilled craftspeople at work, music, storytelling, archery, and hands-on activities for all ages.
