The Ka wouldn't hold its water, and the finger of shame was pointing at the notoriously iffy thermostat housing. We thought it might be a dodgy gasket, but we weren't really prepared for what we would find when we stripped it down... While we were about it, we also took the opportunity to flush the cooling system through and replace the header tank, which can go brittle with age and vent coolant like an old steam kettle.
