Thermostat housing Replacement Procedure (Ford KA – 2006 Model) This video is to help you replace a faulty thermostat (overheating due to no circulation through the radiator) or thermostat housing on a Ford KA due to leaks or overheating of the cooling system. The temperature sensor is also part of the same assembly. You will need hex ring spanners or sockets. Video covers disassembly, removal and installation with diagram of the heating system for the Ford KA. The cooling system mentions the radiator cooling fan, which also failed to operate. If you are in any doubt carrying out any of the work here recommend you seek the services of an experienced mechanic.
