INGREDIENTS: Besan - 1 cup Sooji - 1/2 cup Spinach - 1 cup (chopped) Onion - 1 medium (chopped) Cilantro - 1/4 cup (chopped) Green Chilies - 2 qty (chopped) Salt - 1 tsp Ajwain - 1/4 tsp Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp Water - 1/2 cup Cilantro - garnish Onion - garnish SWAD Chili Garlic Sauce - garnish INSTRUCTIONS: How To Make Pakora Waffles: 1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup besan, 1/2 cup sooji, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 chopped medium onion, 1/4 cup cilantro, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, and 1/4 tsp baking soda. 2. Slowly add about a 1/2 cup of water until you reach the desired consistency. 3. Once the batter is ready, set it aside and start heating up your waffle iron. 4. When the waffle iron is hot, spray it with a little bit of non-stick cooking spray or oil and add about 1/2 cup of batter. 5. Close the waffle iron and wait until the pakora waffle is cooked through with crispy edges. 6. Once cooked, remove and serve with your favorite chutney, like SWAD Chili Garlic Sauce. Enjoy!
