Mix 6 eggs, 1 cup of feta cheese, 1/2 cup of black olives, 1 cup of chopped fresh spinach, and 1/4 cup of milk. Add a pinch of salt and pepper (remember that feta cheese is already salty). Grease 12 muffin cups with oil and fill them with the mixture about 3/4 full. Bake in the oven for about 20–25 minutes until the edges turn golden.
