In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. 2) In a separate bowl, mix cocoa, instant coffee and hot milk (I heat mine in the microwave for 1.5 minutes). Once combined, add brown sugar, oil, yogurt and egg (in this order) and mix well. 3) Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. A few lumps are better than overmixing.
