Tasty& Quick Recipes 😋💥 Let's start FIRST we will see Rice Ingredients are Basmati Rice -1&1/2 padi (300 gm) Ghee-4 tbsp Oil -2 tsp Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp Green Peas -1 cup(1 handful) Onion -2 no's Tomato -1 Garam masala powder -less than 1/4 tsp Coriander leaves Mint leaves Seasoning ingredients are Cinnamon -1 inch size Clove-4 no's Cardamom -1 Star anise -1 Bay leaf -1 Let's start First wash well the basmati rice & add enough water & allow to soakv20 mins - keep aside. Add ghee & oil to heat - add all Seasoning ingredients one by one & add onion with little salt - saute until turns soften. Add ginger garlic paste - saute until raw smell gone. Add tomato , coriander & mint leaves - saute until tomato cooked. Add green peas - saute few mins then add water , I add 1 bowl of basmati rice - 1& 3)4 bowl of water. You add water morre or less as per your basmati rice. Check salt once - add salt if necessary. Add garam masala powder - cover to boil well After boiled well add soaked & strained basmati rice - stir slightly again cover to cook. Another side keep tawa to pre- heat., after the basmati absorb water & rise up then now keep the basmati vessel on top of the tawa as per video shown please watch full video friends ♥️. Cover & keep any weight at the top of the covered vessel as per video shown please watch full video friends ♥️ to dum purpose. Allow to cook 15-20 mins at low flame 🔥. Afterv15 - 20 mins open , check the rice cooked or not. Atlast add coriander leaves & switch off the flame 🔥. Green Peas Ghee Rice Ready 👍 💥.Now start to cook Mutton Milagu Kari Recipe 💥 Second Recipe Mutton Milagu Kari I used homemade Milagu Varuval kari Masala Powder.lets start Ingredients are Mutton -1/2 kg Ghee-3 tsp Coconut Oil -3 tsp Onion -6 medium size Tomato -1 Ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder -1 tsp Tumeric powder -1/2 tsp Milagu Varuval Podi -2 tsp Curd -3/4 bowl Seasoning ingredients are Cinnamon -1/2 Inch size Clove- 2 no's Cardamom -1 Star anise -1/4 Curry leaves Green chilli -1 Prepare ground paste ingredients are coconut chip-1 cashew nuts -8 -10 no's let's start First wash well the mutton - keep aside. Add ghee & oil in a cooker pan . Add all Seasoning ingredients one by one to season. Add onion with little salt- saute until turns colour changed. Add ginger garlic paste - saute until raw smell gone. Add tomato - saute until cooked. Add Milagu Varuval Masala Powder, kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder - saute until raw smell gone. Add curd - stir well turn medium flame cook to 2 mins After oil leaves add washed mutton - stir once & add 1/2 cup of water & cover to cook 3 whistle. Whistle will more or less as per your mutton please check & cook. In that gap we will prepare ground paste for this recipe. Add coconut & cashew nuts - add little water & grind fine paste. Ground paste ready 👍 keep aside After steam released well - open & add ground paste - stir once & allow to cook few mins. Atlast add kasuri methi - switch off the flame 🔥.
