The 2025 Southern Conference Cross Country Championship was held November 1 at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, NC. Jason Bowers of East Tennessee State, the 2023 individual champion, but unable to compete in last year's event, put the hammer down! Jason took command from the start, with a big pack of Furman Paladins in pursuit, but he would not be denied victory. Jason crossed the line in 23:44 (4:46 pace per mile) to claim the title. The men of Furman won the team title for the 13th consecutive year. Great running, great meet!
