This video contains two matches I had with the LV1 Zeta Gundam on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 600-750 cost general with good mobility, high melee damage, a strong low HP biosensor power-up and long melee reach. It suffers from having poor mid-range damage, horrible anti-air staggers, the combination of no leg buffers and no leg shock absorbers, from being easy to shoot down while transformed and from only having one instant stagger. I had a tough time getting matches for this suit, it is absolutely horrible in this 600 cost meta. In the first match I was lucky enough to not be fighting any Victory Gundams or Shokews, and the second match is an older match from a few months ago. I hope that you enjoy watching! Its primary weapon is a beam rifle with 2000 power, 6 ammo, 5 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds reload, 0.77 seconds swap time, 450m range and 40% stagger value. This is pretty average for a beam rifle, it instantly staggers and has long range. Its primary melee weapon is a beam saber with 2300 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time, 60% combo modifier and 140% downswing modifier. This has mediocre power at a first glance, but it can deal surprisingly good damage once the Biosensor activates. Its first sub weapon is an arm grenade launcher with 600 power, 4 ammo, 8 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 300m range and 50% stagger value. This is a really effective tool for close range stagger accumulation, but it is really unreliable against flying suits. Its second sub weapon is a long beam saber with 2400 power, 3.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time, 70% combo modifier, 100% side swing modifier and 100%x2 downswing modifier. This has great reach alongside a fast downswing to use it with. You can downswing with this right after a stun for an easy knockdown, or use it after a saber downswing for a big damage combo. Its third sub weapon is a head vulcan gun with 70 power, 60 ammo, 450 RPM, 6 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 150m range, 525 DPS and 2% stagger value. These have low DPS and cannot stagger at all, basically making them useless. While transformed it has access to a beam gun with 400 power, 15% heat, 247 RPM, 10 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 350m range, 1647 DPS and 25% stagger value. These have decent stagger value and can be fired while boosting, making them a good way to close the gap while transformed. The ASL radius paired with the relatively slow projectile speed makes them unreliable against fast moving enemies. The LV1 Zeta Gundam has 19500 HP and 22 in every resist. Despite being a melee focused front-line general, it isn't all that durable. It has LV1 Emergency Evasion and LV1 Maneuver Armor for defensive skills. In terms of mobility it has 135 (200) walk speed, 215 (240) boost speed, 80 thrust and 69 (57) turning speed. It has pretty good mobility in MS form, and has access to a transformation mode that allows it to quickly reposition. It has LV2 Forced Injector, LV3 Flight Control, LV1 De-Transformation Optimizer and LV1 Transformation Optimizer for mobility skills. It has access to a special skill called LV2 Biosensor once it drops to 50% HP. This grants +5 walking/boosting speed, adds +15 to every resistance, adds +10 ranged modifier, adds +35 melee modifier, reduces thrust usage by 25%, adds +15 turning speed, adds LV3 Emergency Evasion, adds LV1 Offence System and reduces stagger accumulation taken by 30%. Furthermore, while the Biosensor is active, it gets an upgraded ram attack, with it dealing 4000 true damage after boosting for 1 second. It takes -50% damage while using this special ramming skill. In conclusion, I think that the Zeta is horribly weak in this meta. Before the Victory Gundam and Shokew came out, it was somewhat usable, though far from the best. Now though, owing to its complete lack of anti-air staggers, it is completely useless against those two aforementioned MS, it has very few options for fighting back. I would say that the notoriously weak Jesta is a better option for this meta, and that thing is horrible too. I think that the Zeta Gundam needs a massive rework, buffs for its stats and skills, alongside a new weapon or two. I think it needs 21,000 HP, LV3 Forced Injector, LV2 Leg Buffer, LV3 Leg Shock Absorbers, LV1 Fall Prevention System, LV1 Transformed Reinforcement, 35% beam gun stagger value and better projectile speed for the beam guns. For new weapons, I think it needs good enough vulcans for anti-air at the very least, but it wouldn't hurt if it got incendiary grenades OR a rapid fire beam rifle too. This suit has been perpetually mediocre at best ever since its release, I cannot recall a time when it was ever honestly a meta contender, I would like it if the devs did something about that.
